Our Story
The story behind She Thrives
A divine assignment, born from a revelation in Ezekiel 37, to bring to life God’s design within women so they can become everything He created them to be.
The Birth Of A Divine Assignment
She Thrives was never part of the original plan when Thrive Family Network was founded in 2020. The call then was clear, help individuals, couples and families align with God’s design for relationships, marriage and family life.
But in 2023, a strong burden began to grow. In prayer, God brought my attention repeatedly to Ezekiel 37, the Valley of Dry Bones. What stood out was not simply the condition of the bones, it was what they represented.
God showed me His Queens. Women created with purpose. Women designed for significance. Women carrying gifts, influence, wisdom, and divine potential, yet many had become disconnected from the reality of who they were.
The Queen was still there. The masterpiece was still there. The purpose was still there. But the awareness of who God had created them to be had grown faint.
And God spoke clearly: “Prophesy to these bones.” That revelation became the foundation of She Thrives.
Vision
To see women awakened to their God given identity, aligned with His design, thriving in every season of life, and rising as a transformational army that brings God's life, truth and influence into families, communities and generations.
Mission
To create transformational conversations, experiences and development journeys that awaken women to God's design, equip them for purposeful living, and empower them to thrive in every season and assignment of life.
Purpose
To help women discover, embrace and fully express God's design for their lives, rooted in identity rather than roles, and aligned with His purpose and assignment for every season.
The Burden Behind She Thrives
A call to restoration.
She Thrives was born from the conviction that many women have become disconnected from the woman God originally designed them to be. The demands of life, responsibilities, disappointments, expectations, pain and survival often bury identity beneath roles and performance.
Yet God is still calling women back to Himself.
Inspired by Ezekiel 37, She Thrives exists to help women rediscover His voice, embrace His design, and rise into the fullness of their purpose. We believe God is breathing life into places that have become weary, forgotten, dry or neglected, raising women who will bring transformation to their families, communities, spheres of influence and generations.
This is more than personal development. It is a journey of restoration, alignment, purpose and transformation.

Kingdom royalty is not defined by titles, status, position, wealth or appearance. A Queen is a woman whose life is aligned with the King. PRUDENT is the pathway through which God’s Queens are formed.

Odufa Buoro
Founder, She Thrives · Co-Founder, Thrive Family Network
Odufa Buoro is a Relationship and Family Life Coach, Family Systems Engineering Professional, mentor, facilitator and women’s development advocate dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families thrive according to God’s design.
Alongside her husband Femi Buoro, she leads Thrive Family Network, building strong families through coaching, mentoring and transformational development initiatives. Through She Thrives, she helps women become spiritually rooted, emotionally healthy, purpose-driven and relationally effective.
Her work integrates biblical truth with personal growth, emotional intelligence, self-awareness and practical life application, because emotional health and spiritual growth work together.
